Summary:Japan is developed country who has different way of view about nature. Japan very respectful in nature, and consider that nature is part of their body. Therefore, Japanese people always preserve nature. In Japan, nature has symbolized with forest, so that way forest always conected with nature, because Japanese people believed there is a God in the forest. That is the values shinto’s religion teachings. In the Wood Job movie showed the behavior of the actors in nature that influence with Shinto. In that movie has telling about life’s of the lumbermen who always respectful with nature, even before cutting down the old trees they do some rituals Shinto religion for showed to the God they are very respectful to Him. In this research, will study about the concept of Shinto religion about nature in the actors’s behavior in Wood Job movie, used descriptif-qualitatif methode and semiotica theory of the Charles Sanders Peirce for searching the representament, interpretant, and the object of the Shintos’s concept about nature in the actors’s behavior in Wood Job movie.
