Objective: study association between type II diabetes mellitus with hypeertension
Methods: case control study using secondary data with medical record of Poli Interna RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya.
Result: The results showed that the prevalence of hypertension occurrence by age showed that the number of hypertension was from age group 51-60 (71.4%). For the prevalence of occurrence of diabetes by sex shows that men (40.9%) have more diabetes. For the prevalence of diabetes occurrence by age> 60 years (50%) more diabetics.. Association between diabetes and hypertension has significant value of p=0,083 (p>0,05) and OR = 1,96 |
