Objection: The purpose of this study was to describe the patient profile of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in Dr. Soetomo Surabaya in order to improve services for patients. Method: This study is a retrospective study by taking patient medical record data at Medical Record Center RSUD Dr. Soetomo period January - January 2016. The data have been collected are analyzed descriptively. Result: Number of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome patients in Dr. Soetomo Surabaya period January 2015 - January 2016 was 319 with majority of women (82.76%) aged 40-49 years (34.80%) and Housewifes (40.44%). Most major complaints of paresthesia (41.38%). The majority of therapy performed by patients in Medical Rehabilitation Clinic is Ultrasound Diathermy therapy (64.21%), the therapy that is performed at the most in Neurosurgeon Clinic is Carpal Tunnel Release (100.00%) therapy, and therapy is the most used NSAID and therapy oral corticosteroids in Neurology Clinic (100.00%) Referral source of CTS patients in Medical Rehabilitation Clinic most of them are from Neurology Clinic (35.79%), CTS patient referral source in Neurosurgery Clinic is mostly from Neurology Clinic (66.67%), and CTS patient referral source in Neurology Clinic the most is coming alone (34.79%). Conclusion: Further research is needed with more data from all clinic that handles CTS in RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya in order to obtain more accurate results.
