without treatment), P1: 105 CFU/ml, P2: 106 CFU/ml, P3: 107 CFU/ml. Histopathological observed was secondary lamella are experiencing hyperplasia and fusion of secondary lamella were analyzed by Kruskal wallis test indicates that there are significant differences (p<0,05) among treatment, the further test result by using Mann – Whitney, Result showed change in gills histopathology of Cyprinus carpio
linn. The most sever damage was occurred on dosage with 107 CFU/ml (P3). It cause valued 2,88±0,18. |
