Summary:The aim this study was to know the level damaged of gills Cyprinus carpio linn were infected by Aeromonas salmonicida bacteria. Twenty of Cyprinus carpio Linn with average weight of 23 gram and approximately length of 12 cm were randomly devided into four groups of treatment (P0, P1, P2 and P3). Five repetition each those are given with the dosage of Aeromonas salmonicida bacteria P0 (control, without treatment), P1: 105 CFU/ml, P2: 106 CFU/ml, P3: 107 CFU/ml. Histopathological observed was secondary lamella are experiencing hyperplasia and fusion of secondary lamella were analyzed by Kruskal wallis test indicates that there are significant differences (p<0,05) among treatment, the further test result by using Mann – Whitney, Result showed change in gills histopathology of Cyprinus carpio linn. The most sever damage was occurred on dosage with 107 CFU/ml (P3). It cause valued 2,88±0,18.
