Summary:The incidence of anemia in Indonesia very high, it resulted in the death of perinatal and maternal risk, premature births and low birth Weight. In South Atambua public health center incident anemia increased in 2015 is equal to 67.6%. One of the reason was the husband support is less, based on Theory Mercer Becoming a Mother Model states a Interaction between mother, baby and husband as a central interaction. The puspose of this study to describes the relationship Support husband with the anemia in pregnant women. Method: This Was a Cross sectional sudy, sample of 80 people from the 102 population of women. Further sampling using inclusion and exclusion criteria. The dependent variable was the support of her husband and the independent variable is the concentration of hemoglobin. Analyzed by using Spearman rho test statistical significance level was > 0.05. Result: there is a strong relationship between husband support with anemia in pregnant women (p = 0.005, r = 0.625). Conclusion: the high husband support associated with a lower incidence of anemia among pregnant women. Expected health care provider to improve counseling for pregnant women by presenting her husband as decision makers.
