Summary:Introduction: Teenagers are in the rapid growth and development phase of physical, psychological, intellectual, social, and sexuality. These cause great senses of curiosity and risk-taking tendency without sufficient consideration. This leads to various consequences including STI‟s and unwanted pregnancy. This research aims to explain the effectivity of reproductive and sexual health education with the lecture method and small group discussion method to the level of knowledge and attitude of adolescent. Method: This study was a Quasy Experimental with two treatment groups and one control group. A total of 154 adolescents from 556 respondent involved using proportionate random sampling method. Each treatment group, was treated using different method of learning, one was using lecture method and small group discussion method, consist of 154 respondent. The data were collected using pre and post questionarires, and were then analyzed using Wilcoxon signed rank test and Mann Whitney Test with the significance level of p<0,005 Result: The result showed that the effectivity of lecture method and small group discussion were: 1) knowledge of small group discussion method and lecture method has the same significant value p=0,000 (<0,05), 2) attitude toward behaviour of lecture method is significantly different than the small group discussion p=0,000 (<0,05). Discussion: The conclusion of this research stated that the small group discussion method is better used to increase knowledge and attitude toward behaviour of sexual and reproductive health in adolescents than lecture method because at this phase is the phase of the growth of eroticism in adolescents so that adolescents want to know more about sexual and reproductive health materials.
