This study aims to identify the morphology of Toxocara vitulorum larvae 2 with microscope. Toxocara vitulorum larvae was obtained from adult worm eggs then was treated in phospat buffer saline and natrium chloride with comparasion 1 : 1 until it reached the stage of larvae 1 and 2. Then Toxocara vitulorum larvae was identified using with microscope. The result of larvae 2 morphology of Toxocara vitulorum that was identified using microscope showed that anterior part of Toxocara vitulorum larvae 2 that was have a boring tooth and three lips that leads directly into the oesophagus. Three lips on anterior part of larvae 2 Toxocara vitulorum consists of a dorsal lip and two subventral lips. On posterior part of Toxocara vitulorum larvae 2 that was have an anus. Toxocara vitulorum larvae 2 has a length from 216.74 – 227.17 μm and a width from 10.73 – 12.48 μm. Morphological of Toxocara vitulorum larvae similar with the Toxocara vitulorum adult worms, because morphology of larvae and adult stage are difficult to be differentiated.
