The prevalence of iud user was decreased from 2015 to 2017 in developing countries. Husband support and self efficacy theoretically can affect the satisfaction of IUD users .This study aimed to analyze the relationship between husband support, self efficacy with satisfaction of IUD users at puskesmas mojo .This research uses cross sectional design . 114 IUD users were chosen as sample by using purposive sampling. The independent variable are husband support and self efficacy. Dependent variable is satisfaction of IUD users on their reproductive age. Instrument that used in this study were questionnaires and data were analyzed by spearman rho with level of significance α < 0.05 . The result showed that there are relationship between husband support and satisfaction of IUD users (p=0,000 and r=0,414) ,there are relationship between self efficacy and satisfaction of IUD users (p = 0,000 and r = 0.605). To the next study, the respodent should be chosen by stratified random sampling.
