ISOLASI DAN IDENTIFIKASI Salmonella sp. SEBAGAI PENCEMAR PADA DAGING AYAM BROILER (Gallus domesticus) YANG DIJUAL DI PASAR TRADISIONAL KECAMATAN KENJERAN SURABAYA
The result showed that 18 (85%) out of 21 samples were positively confirmed as Salmonella sp. This showed that the chicken meat sold at traditional markets in Kenjeran, Surabaya were contaminated with Salmonella sp.
