Applied plasma dynamics This study aims to determine the effect of exposure to magnetic field and infrared ray to body weight, fasting blood glucose, Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), and plasma creatinine in diabetic mice. This study used 18 male mice. Animals try mice divided into control and treatment groups. The control group consisted of normal control (KN) and diabetes control (KD). The treatment group consisted of alternating magnetic field (Bi), permanent magnet (Bs), alternating infrared magnetic field (BiI), and a permanent magnetic field with infrared (BsI). The average magnetic field used is 30.14 μT. The average magnetic field used is 128.21 mT. The infrared light used is an Infrared LED with a wavelength of 951 nm located in the near infrared (NIR) spectrum. Treatment was performed by placing mice in the therapeutic tool for 30 minutes / day within 30 days. At the end of the study,weight measurement, fasting blood glucose, Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), and plasma creatinine were performed.
