Description
Summary:The purpose of this research to know the effect of laserpuncture semiconductor induction on the growth point of male Bali cattle to the growth rate. Bali cattle acupuncture point which was used on fired were fei shu (BL 13), xin shu (BL 15) and wei shu (BL 21) in sinister et dexter of body with interval every seven days. This research was done in Juni until August 2018 in Cendono Village, Pasuruan. This research used 18 male Bali cattle aged 2 - 2.5 year. Eighteen male Bali cattle were divided to 3 groups. Group 1 was untreated (P0), group 2 was treated by laserpuncture with power supply 100 mWatt and the dose was 0.2 Joule (P1). Group 3 was treated by laserpuncture with power supply 100 mWatt and the dose was 0.5 joule (P2), each group consisted of 6 Bali cattle. The data was analyzed using MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) test with SPSS 21 for windows. Stastical comparison among P0, P1 and P2 showed there were significant difference on growth rate (p < 0.05). The result showed that induction of laserpuncture semiconductor has effect for growth gain rate of male Bali cattle. The optimal rate of weight gain occured in the second week with laserpuncture induction at a dose of 0.5 Joule.
