Summary:The aim of this research was to know, the provision of the egg yolk plus coconut water can increase motility and viability of sapudi sheep’s spermatozoa on the 5℃ storage. This experiment using Completely Randomized Design. Data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 with treatment control (P0): sheep semen 0.1 ml + 1 ml egg yolk; citrate control (P0S): 1 ml of egg yolk citrate; treatment 1 (P1): 0.9 ml egg yolk + 0.1 ml coconut water; treatment 2 (P2): 0.8 ml egg yolk + 0.2 ml coconut water; treatment 3 (P3): 0.7 ml of egg yolk + 0.3 ml of coconut water. treatment 4 (P4): 0.6 ml of egg yolk + 0.4 ml of coconut water. The research treatment best obtained at P2 with motility of spermatozoa after the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and the 4th days of storage time show that P2 concentration have the highest result. The highest viability result on the 1st and 2nd days was in P2 but on the 3rd and 4th days of the highest result found in P1.
