Summary: | The aim of this study was to determine changes in weight and index of the eggs
of Khaki Campbell duck, that feed with flour of fermented rumen contents.
Material used were Khaki Campbell ducks 24 weeks, cage, feed formula, flour of
fermentation rumen contents. This study used a “Completely Randomized
Design” with five treatments and five replications, totally 25 ducks were used.
The treatment used in this study was flour of fermentation rumen contents as a
substitute for rice bran with a dosage 0%; 7,5% ; 12,5%; 17,5%; and 25%. The
data was analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and continued with
Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The result of this study showed there were no
significant difference (p>0,05) on weight and index of the eggs. So, it can be
applied to give the 25% dosage of flour of fermented rumen contents in ducks
feed for maintaining on weight and index of the eggs. |
