Caecum samples were collected from the farm that used diclazuril. Eimeria tenella oocyst then propagated at chicken (CP 707) for DNA extraction. The result showed that there was diclazuril-resistant Eimeria tenella based on the found Eimeria tenella oocyst but there was no appearance polymorphic band around 600 bp.
