In this research, we tried to study the ability of the production of anti tuberculosis agents by Streptomyces species from compost soil in Bratang area, Surabaya, Indonesia . Test of antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis was done by fermentation of Streptomyces spp. to produce secondary metabolites such as antibiotics.
