From the results of the study it was found that PT X had been estimating requests using sales targets. While the results of forecasting the uniform demand of PT X whose lumpy patterned data show that with a smoothing constant value of 0.7, the croston method produces higher accuracy compared to all other methods. As for 0.9 smoothing constant, croston method produces lower accuracy than all other methods. Exponential smoothing shows a lower error value in smoothing constant 0.7 compared to 0.9.
