PENGARUH PEMBERIAN EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN TIN (Ficus carica) TERHADAP JUMLAH SEL SPERMATOGENIK DAN JUMLAH SEL LEYDIG MENCIT JANTAN (Mus musculus)YANG DIPAPAR TIMBAL ASETAT

The aim of this research is to know the effect of tin leaves (Ficus carica) ethanol extract on total spermatogenic and Leydig cell of male mice exposed with lead acetate. There were 24 mices as samples and divided into 4 groups. Group K- was given aquadest in 35 days, group K+ was given 50 mg/kgBW o...

Description
Summary:The aim of this research is to know the effect of tin leaves (Ficus carica) ethanol extract on total spermatogenic and Leydig cell of male mice exposed with lead acetate. There were 24 mices as samples and divided into 4 groups. Group K- was given aquadest in 35 days, group K+ was given 50 mg/kgBW of lead acetate in 21 days, groups P1 and P2 were given 166.4 mg/kgBW (P1), 332,8 mg/kgBW (P2) of Tin leaves ethanol extract in 35 days and after an hour were given 50 mg/kgBW of lead acetate on day 15-35. The result showed a significant difference (p>0.05). On spermatogonia cell K+ (36.20a ± 2.29), P1 (44.97b ± 2.55), K-(48.57bc ± 4.96) and P2 (51.53c ± 2.94), on primary spematocyte K+ (34.23a ± 3.96), P1 (47.60b ± 8.94), P2 (55.63c ± 4.82), and K-(69.03d ± 4.22), on spermatid K+ (44.43a ± 3.79), P1 (60.83b ± 7.29), P2 (67.63b ± 7.49) and K- (77.73c ± 5.58). Leydig cell K+ (10.66a ± 1.59), P1 (14.93b ± 3.29), P2 (16.86b ± 0.99) and K- (17.80b ± 3.24). The conclution of this research showed that 332.8 mg/kgBW was the effective doze in protecting spermatogenic and Leydig cell toward lead acetate.
