Immigration service was really challenging for the writer. Giving services to International students was something new for the writer and she learned many things from doing internship in AGE. Many problems and knowledge the writer got. In facing the problem when provided immigration to international students, the writer made many problems but the writer could solve the problem by the guide from her mentor. The problems in immigration that the writer faced were still simple one compare to the immigration office in Juanda. But the writer already learned lots from her internship such as be more careful when typing international data because it could be big issued.The challenges that the writer faced were made her to be more open mind and braver to have interaction with international students. There were so many chances to talk with international students since every international students must issue they visa through AGE. So this was quite best experience for the writer.
