The highest zone of inhibitions produced by L. plantarum and L. casei fermented milk at 9:1 ratio, 12,33 ± 0,07 mm, 12,43 ± 0,29 mm, and 12,32 ± 0,81 mm against Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, and Vibrio cholera respectively. The highest activity of the combination of L. plantarum and L. casei (9:1) and L. acidophilus was produced at 9:1 ratio, 13,08±0,08 mm, 13,46±0,04 mm, and 13,21±0,02 mm against Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, and Vibrio cholera respectively. Minimum inhibitory concentration of the combination fermented milk with L. plantarum and L. casei (9:1) and L. acidophilus in ratio 9:1 was 40% against Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, and Vibrio cholerae.
