| Summary: | Bali starling (Leucopsar rothschildi) qualifies as critically endangered species, it has an extremely small range and a tiny population, many efforts have been done to maintain their population. The aim of the research was to improve their reproductive performance by feeding various level of protein on egg production and hatchahiiity. Twelve pairs of Rail starling were used in this experiment, and they were divided into 4 grups of treatments i.e Pl(control, commercial feed); P2 (protein 17%); P3 (protein 18%); P4 (protein 19%). Three formulas of feed were made from combination of combinations of Gryllus mitratus, Oecophy lia smaragdina’s egg. Musa acurninata baibisiana. Zca mays, Arachis Hypogaca, Glycine max, Vigna radiate and fish powder. The result showed P3: I9% protein had better result for productivity and hatchability.
