This study is a descriptive exploratory study using a cross sectional study design. Results. The results showed protein bands were detected in relative molecule mass in 8.483 kDa; 12.130 kDa; 54.308 kDa; 58.139 kDa; 21.925 kDa; 175.388 kDa; 45.304 kDa; 67.531 kDa; 31.423 kDa; 27.444 kDa; 17.513 kDa; 14.067 kDa; and 4.717 kDa. Conclusion. The molecular weight of the protein contained in periapical granuloma was 8.483 kDa; 12.130 kDa; 54.308 kDa; 58.139 kDa; 21.925 kDa; 175.388 kDa; 45.304 kDa; 67.531 kDa; 31.423 kDa; 27.444 kDa; 17.513 kDa; 14.067 kDa; and 4.717 kDa.
