Summary:National Social Security System (SJSN) is a method of social insurance implementation. In order to face SJSN implementation, hospital must prepare for credentialing with insurance provider (BPJS Kesehatan). This study aimed analyze the correlation of individual and organizational readiness for SJSN implementation in Bhakti Dharma Husada (BDH)General Hospital Surabaya.This research was analytical-observational research with cross sectional design. Sample was taken by proportional stratified random sampling. There were 72 person (10 doctors, 56 nurses, 6 midwifes) as respondent. Data was collected using questionnaires.Test showed that there was no correlation of individual and organizational readiness for SJSN implementation (p = 1; α = 0,1; phi = -0,096).This research concluded that individual readiness did not correlate with organizational readiness for SJSN implementation.
