This research was design by a completely randomized design (CRD). This study used 20 laying hens. The treatments were divided into 5 group and each group consint of 4 repetitions. P0- as negative control was treated only with vehiculum. P0+ as positive control was treated with vehiculum and infected by Avian Pathogenic Escherichia coli 108cell/ml/kgW. P1 (10% sambiloto and 30% meniran), P2 (20% sambiloto and 20% meniran), P3 (30% sambiloto and 10% meniran) was treated with each combination extract and infected by Avian Pathogenic Escherichia coli. Extract was given perorally with the dose 0,5 ml/kgW/day. Infection was given perintramuscularas much 1 ml/kgW. The treatments were given for 14 days and infection was given at day 14th. The data were analyzed by ANOVA and Duncan multiple range test. The result showed significanlly different (p<0,05) from the treatments on the total leukocytes and differential counting (heterofil, eosinofil, monosit, limfosit).
