Summary:The writer conducted an internship at the Bank Indonesia Museum for the duration of a month. The internship was useful for the writer as it is needed for the writer to make the final report. In writing the final report, the writer focused on two problems that he found during the internship. The first statement of problem of the final report is regarding how English is used in guiding foreign tourists at the Bank Indonesia Museum. In guiding foreign tourists at the museum, there are two kinds of communication in using English language. The communications are verbal and non-verbal communication. Verbal communications were used because it is the primary technique in communicating with foreign tourists. On the other hand, non-verbal communication is an important addition in communicating with foreign tourists so that the tourists could comprehend what tour guides were trying to say.
