Eighteen mice were divided into three treatment groups which each group consists of six mice, PO- as negative control was given NaCl by intramuscular injection, meanwhile PO+ as positive control was infected with Brucella suis lx l 08CFU/ml and Pl was vaccinated by Brucella abortus strain RB5 l 0,I ml and infected by Brucella suislxl08CFU/ml, and then sacrified at tenth week. The data of the number and diameter of white pulp of the spleen was examine with Nikkon H600L microskop. Then, the data analyzed using ANOVAtest and continued by HSDtest. The result of this study showed there was significant (p<0,05) different between negative control and treatment groups but not significant different with positive control.
