SARDJITO , Deyna Primavita Pahlevi , dr.Shofwal Widad, SpOG(K) ETD Background: Endometrial carcinoma is the most common malignant of female pelvis today, fourth overall cancer in women. Patient survival is influenced by number of factors. Indonesia have not gained the national rate of median survival of patients with endometrial carcinoma and prognostic factors affecting survival Objective: To evaluate survival rate of endometrial carcinoma who were treated in Dr. Sardjito hospital and to analyze survival rate prognostic factors. Methods: It was historycal/retrospective Cohort study using medical records and questioner sent to responden. Subjects were endometrial carcinoma patient who admited to Dr. Sardjito hospital since January 1st, 2006 to December 31th, 2011. Median survival and prognostic factors for endometrial carcinoma were analyzed by log rank test and presented as Kaplan-meier curves. The prognostic factors meassured by Cox proportional hazard model. Results: There were 68 subjects, 48 subjects (69. 1%) were alive until end of the study. The endometrial cancer median survival at Dr. Sardjito hospital was 38 months. There were significant difference between surgical stage (p=0.01), grade =0.01), and BMI (p=0.08) with median survival. The survival rate prognostic factors were surgical stage p= 0.029 (HR=1.155 [Yogyakarta] : Universitas Gadjah Mada 2012 Thesis NonPeerReviewed , Deyna Primavita Pahlevi and , dr.Shofwal Widad, SpOG(K) (2012) SURVIVAL RATE DAN FAKTOR PROGNOSIS PENDERITA KARSINOMA ENDOMETRIUM DI RS.
