Summary:Hospital as one of the health care facility has a strategic role in the effort to accelerate the improvement of public health degrees Indonesia so it must be supported by medical equipment which has high accuracy and sensitivity and attention to safety factors for its users. Problems that occur in Sleman�s hospital is elektromedic equipment maintenance management that have not been going well with mismatches indicated schedule. In the present study will analyze the influence of factors ketersediaaan standard operating procedures (SOP), the frequency of routine maintenance, calibration frequency, the readiness of the equipment when needed, spare part, maintenance costs, human resources, professional personnel calibration, operator knowledge, operator training, emergency maintenance, and inspection of maintenance management factors elektromedis equipment in hospitals Sleman by factor analysis and to identify policy strategies using SWOT analysis. In the analysis of the factors that have been made to form a single factor representing the three main variables with 12 component indicators. The most influential factor in the maintenance of operational factors are the frequency factor for the routine maintenance schedule 55.9 percent, whereas maintenance of managerial factor is the availability of human resources at 59.9 percent, and of risk factors is a factor that is equal to 60.1 percent inspection. SWOT analysis in this analysis shows that maintenance management is in quadrant I so that development can be done in an aggressive strategy.
