| Summary: | The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the
Certification Application for PT by using the System Administrative Agency Law
(SABH), to determine Constraint System Implementation Agency Administrative
Law (SABH) in the Ratification of PT, to describe efforts to address the problems
that arise in the ratification of PT by using the System Administration Legal
Entity (SABH).
This research approach is a juridical approach to sociological (socio legal
research) is to collect material from the legislation which is closely related to the
research object and see the norms of the law is then connected to reality or the
facts contained in public life.
Legal entity administration system enforced on ratification this deed of
establishment or approval of the amendment of articles of association other
limited liability company and supplication be stipulated based on the resolution of
the director general administrial common law article 1 the number 2 also regulate
the procedures to registration his supplications. The plea by using the ratification
of the company legal entity administration system ( SABH ) based on a minister
regulation law and human rights republic of indonesia number m.ah-02.ah.01.01
