| Summary: | This study research attempts to have a deepen understanding of Social
Division Manpower and Transmigration, Indramayu District, in its duty performance
in handling women empowerment. Social Division Indramayu District, as
subordinate of District Head, is responsible to supervise all the labor recruitment
from the agencies and sponsors.
This research is using an inductive analytical method which included data
collecting, literally and an integral comprehensive with women group and Social
Division of Indramayu District.
The Family Empowerment Program in Indramayu society were trained to
give protection for their children from human trafficking, prevents labor placement of
under age children from some sponsors, agencies, or informants without certain
assurances. Family empowerment attempted to distract the families from its economic
dependency of children exploitation (ESKA) to other sector which is better.
Indramayu District at first proclaimed as Dharma Ayu by Raden Wilalodra the son of
Tumenggung Gagak Singalodra from Bagelen, Center of Java , on Muharam 1934 H,
or October 7 1527 M. Its foundation at that moment is to educate and develop the
society become a welfare society.
The commitment to develop a quality of life of the society is inevitable from
the community leader�s consciousness when living among the society which is began
from our selves, family, and community as a national society. With this
