It can be shown that singlet neutrino in CP-mirror model can be a dark matter particle candidate and can give the right density in accordance with known experimental data, by assuming that singlet neutrino�s mass is lower than higgs boson�s and leptoquark�s masses. It has lead to the result of singlet neutrino�s mass MN � 100 GeV and leptoquark mass Mlq � 1 TeV. The decoupling temperature of singlet neutrino from the universe�s thermal equilibrium is 4,28 GeV for MN = 100 GeV. A calculation on neutrino�s yukawa coupling constant G has also been performed, and gives a value � 10 �9 for MN = 100 GeV, which seems not so natural.
