Government use the information technology advances to improve the ability to process, manage, deliver, distribute information, and perform public services to eliminate the barriers of bureaucratic organization, and form a network of management system, processes that allow government agencies to work in an integrated way to simplify access to all information related to public services effectively and efficiently by developing e-government. The involvement of users to access public information in a website will determine the level of user satisfaction on the services available in the website. Level of user satisfaction can be determined by performing a measurement of website quality by applying the WebQual method as the dimensional measurement of the website quality. Website quality measurement is determined by the end user's perception based on the perception of service quality perceived through the level of expectation from the user perspective. This study analyzed the quality of the website of the National Land Agency according to the satisfaction of the Land Deed Maker Officer (PPAT). Data analysis used T-Test to test the difference (mean difference) and the data processing used SPSS software (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) for Windows version 20. This study provided an overview of the assessment of the quality of a website by using the dimention of measurement, i.e. usability, information quality and interaction quality which will determine the satisfaction of its users. Land Deed Maker Officer (PPAT) as a user of the website was quite satisfied with the service in the National Land Agency�s website. Dimensions of usability and information quality has met the expectations and perceptions of the Land Deed Maker Officer (PPAT), while the dimensions of which do not meet the expectations and perceptions of the Land Deed Maker Officer (PPAT) is the dimension of interaction quality.
