| Summary: | Background: RS Pertamina Balikpapan develops its business through
some ways. One of them is by market development strategy. The Potential
area that has been choosen is Sangata District. RS Pertamina has a plan
to build a policlinic in this district. This plan needs a feasiblity study before
being implemented.
Objective: This thesis aimed to assess the feasilbility of investment in a
policlinic at Sangata District. The RS Pertamina needs to know the
feasibility from market perspective, financial perspective, and production
perspective. Method: This study is a quantitative research with cross section data. The
analysis will be conducted with chain ratios, IRR, NPV, and pay-back
period method.
Conclusion and Suggestion: The development of a policlinic in Sangata
District is feasible from market, financial, and production perspective. |
