Analysis of data used multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. The results of multiple regression analysis using SPSS is where there is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership style with job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation also has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Extrinsic motivation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
