| Summary: | In order to satisfy the needs of consumers, a company must have a good supply chain
management start from intended goal setting, strategic planning, implementation or
execution of strategy, control and revision if there is a discrepancy with the results in
order to generate speed and quality of service excellence. This thesis aims to analyze
whether the Education Institution Relations Management program, which is part of
the management strategy of PT Swakarya Insan Mandiri (PT SIM) succeed to achieve
organizational goals effectively and efficiently, that is ensuring the availability of
human resources to meet the needs of client companies in human resources supply.
The results of this study indicate that the steps in implementing the program
successfully promotes the achievement of organizational goals in accordance with the
targets already set. |
