This research aim to analyze the applying influence online payment point system at PT PLN (Persero) Tanjung Karang Branch to receivable management, identifying risk in receivable and give the alternative to minimize the risk. This research study how big applying online payment point system able to improve the cash realization so that can lessen the operational risk from receivable side. this research also study how big influence of applying of online payment point system to free cash flow. Result from this analysis is applying online payment point system able to improve the receivable amount which realization become the cash so that company of risk minimization can fail the payee from receivable which do not that bills. Other online payment point system give the influence which are positive at free cash flow. Applying online payment point system in general does not require the big expense because conducted by outsourcing with the company of information technology which have competence. This system execution in number or value have been able to walk as according to goals specified by company. But in membership still there are insuffiency because factor of human resource which less support or do not so comprehend the technological use. This system applying target is cash realization from receivable of customer have been reached applicable so that the totality branch of PT PLN in region of Lampung.
