Summary: | This is a quantitative research on �The Role of Student�s hope to succeed and Their Perception on Teachers� Interpersonal Behaviors and Student�s Emotion Well-Being�. This research was conducted on high school students in X High school, Semarang. Method of data collection was using survey on all students at grade 10 and 11.
Hypothesis of this research is accepted. The role of Student�s hope to succeed and their perception on teachers� interpersonal behaviors are affecting students� emotion well-being, as shown on the result of F p-value 0.00 (p-value <0.025), coefficient of determination R = 0.476 with an
effective contribution of 22.7%. The role of Student�s hope to succeed contribute to regression equation with B = 0.479, students� perception on teachers� interpersonal behaviors affecting emotional
well-being at B = 0.089. Partial correlation between Student�s hope to succeed with their emotional well-being is 0.415, and partial correlation between Student�s hope to succeed with their perception on
teachers� interpersonal behaviors is 0.323. Students� perception toward teachers� interpersonal behaviors in understanding and giving freedom to students is correlating with emotional well-being.
Unfortunately, students� perception toward teachers� interpersonal behaviors tends to be admonishing and strict. |
