This study in mainly about the employment agreement between a production house and freelance film workers in the television movie production located in Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine What kind of breach of contract commited by each party in the employment agreement between the production house and crews in the television film production located in Yogyakarta and how is the breach of contract in the employment agreement between the production house and crew in the television film production resolved. This study is included in the category of juridical empirical. It was conducted in Yogyakarta by taking samples determined by purposive sample. The data used in this study were secondary data, obtained from literary research through the study of the documents needed and supported by the primary data, directly obtained from the field using data collection tools such as interview guidelines. Afterward, the collected data were analyzed qualitatively and made in the form of descriptive written report. Based on the result, it was found that in the implementation of the employment agreement between the production house and the freelance film workers in the production of television movie located in Yogyakarta, many things could happen resulting in the breach of agreement. The Breach of contract commited by the production house are meeting the performance but not in time by the prodution house is often late in paying the wages without any prior notices and meeting the performance but wrong or inappropriate are sometimes the production house chooses the inadequate health insurance and work safety insurance that it makes the workers uncomfortable, uneasy, and even experience illness or accident at work. Breach of contract commited by the freelance film workers are does not meet any performances at all, or do not fulfill the obligations that have been promised , in practice the worker resigns before the contract ends and find the substitute by sudden notice and fulfilling the agreed contract but late, the workers coming late to work.The effort to resolve the breach of contract done by each party are warning and by meeting the consensus
