Summary: | This research aims to examine the influence of privacy on trust of job seeker to use online job market, the influence of security on trust of job seeker to use online job market, and the influence of trust from job seeker on intention to use online job market. The sample used in this study were graduates of diploma, bachelors, and masters who use the internet to get jobs information, apply for job online and using the online job market at least 1 time. This research used survey method with instrument questioner and sample was taken using non probability sampling, and more specific, purposive sampling. Data analysis uses the program SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this study indicates that privacy and security is significant influence on trust of jobseeker to use online job market and the trust significant influence jobseeker on intention to use online job market |
