Khalik religion owned by Wana People, Kaharingan owned by Dayak Pitap people, Patuntung believes at Tanah Toa Kajang, or Islam Wetu Telu in Lombok. The local religion, found from many research has been decreasing in number after 1965, when the government policy issued President Regulation (Perpres) No.1/PNPS Year 1965 about the Prevention of the Religion Defamation. Using discourse analysis, this thesis tried to examine how government ideology through linguistic strategies or the internal structure text that led to the marginalization of local religions, socio-political context, and the regulation discourse that contribute to the social change in Wetu Telu Community at Bayan. In addition, through the perspective of Giddens structuration theory, the writer will try to see who the agents involved and what structures are formed through a process of discourse production and contribute to the public discourse on Bayan�s change. The analysis showed that the State / Government, through the internal structure of the text makes the flow / organizational Faith as the subject of defamation of religion, so it needs to be dealt with and subject to harsh criminal penalties for perpetrators. Through the text, also seen that the current government has nationalism ideology, an ideology that is tangible in the form of patriotic fervor and zeal to keep the unity of the nation. From the text of the social process of production itself, researchers found the forces of political parties contesting, the PNI + NU vis a vis the current PKI. While the battle in the undertow occurs between Abangan group as the majority of members of the PKI against the majority of the Santri Group is a member of the PNI + NU. Thus, the researchers concluded that the regulation No.1/PNPS Year 1965 is a victory against Abangan Group, which in turn give rise to structures of domination. While discourse analysis on the effects of regulation on Wetu Telu Lombok showed a reconstruction of the identity of this group, not as a cult, but simply as a group of people who still firmly run customs. In addition, in relation vertically, from the analysis of the corpus before and after 1965 shows the real violence in the Wetu Telu conducted by groups Lima as a purely Islamic groups in Lombok, and gain legitimacy from the State / Government through discourse formed on Presidential Prevention of desecration/Defamation of the religion. In this level, researcher see also the structures domination of the Waktu Lima Group to Wetu Telu. Although discourse formed through government policy in the form of regulation led to the shrinking of the Group Wetu Telu, but in the field investigators concluded that the real followers of Islam Wetu Telu adherents are still exist and continue their worship and practice in everyday life.
