Summary: | The growth of Online Seller has an impact for some delivery company
goods. Each of company offering a good service quality for customers to use their
services.PT. JNE as one of a delivery compay goods has offering some services.
But the traffic problems on delivery caused operational cost increased. Many of a
delivery company goods took an action to raise cost cargo transport but raise cost
cargo should known about the minimum rate that customers can use it depend on
their service quality. Considering that, should has a study to know about the
Willingness to Pay of customer use the services based on theincrease rate that
wanted by customersrelated to the service quality.
In this research service quality factors has been collect from the interview
of JNE employee and questioner to customers. Then the results has been process
with Stated Preference Technic and Ordered Probit Model that known probability
of Willingness to Pay customers based on a good service quality. Scenario of this
model on this study based on estimated tariff, estimated time delivery, money
back quarentee, extra priority on good and service levels
The result shown that customers agree to use the rate of JNE services
especially on YES service unless YES services has money quarentee back,
quarentee on goods damaged, a good packaging. The percentage (1.3 %
respondent) willing use courier services of JNE if this facility in this service is
not provided. The percentage will be rise (up to 84.45 %) if the existence of
courier services provide policy by raising service in terms of money back
quarentee, quarentee on goods damaged, packaging goods and tariff shipping
goods. The result on this percentage shown that JNE services raise on
Rp30.000,00 with estimated time delivered 18 hours at destination and priority on
good and service level. |
