Research �Law protection for Bank to give a credit agreement with guarantee of Surat Keputusan Pengangkatan (letter of appointment) civil government staff in Kulon Progo Regency� purposed to know law judgments bank to give a credit considered SK PNS guarantee in Kulon Progo Regency and means bank do to protect credit given if civil government staff as a �wanprestasi� debtor. This is an empirical juridical research, and supported with literature review. The sources analyzed by qualitative method and accomplished with descriptive illustration. The results showed that bank considering to give a credit for civil government staff using SK PNS is convinced that the client can leased the credit with the salary mentioned at SK PNS, recommendation letter from instances chief, and �letter of authority� from salary exchequer government to put the salary to leasing the credit. The rights of civil government staff is guaranteed by Fiducia method. Bank make cultivation with hold original SK PNS and letter from instances chief, and letter of authority from salary exchequer government to put the salary to leasing the credit according to credit agreement.
