Summary:This research aims to test the factors which influence the turnover intentions of female auditors in big four public accounting offices in Indonesia. Seventy female auditors became the sample of this study, and they have been working for two years for those public accounting offices. Purposive sampling was used in taking the sample. The result shows that role conflict significantly affects the turnover intentions. Social comparison between colleagues, stress level, age, and gender discrimination also have their influence towards turnover intentions of female auditors in big four public accounting offices in Indonesia. It is interesting to point out that physical look does not influence their turnover intentions, and it is contrary to the findings of studies in the United States.
