This research was conducted to test the behavioral intentions of using online stock trading system used by Danareksa Securities. External variables on this study are the perceived trust, perceived security, perceived privacy, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. Data analysis was performed with the Structual Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 19. Respondents in this research were customers of Danareksa Securities who have been using D'One's Web Trade Danareksa Securities. The results of this study found that (1) the behavioral intention of using online stock trading system is influenced by two variables, perceived trust and perceived usefulness, while perceived ease of use has no significant effect on intention of use, (2) perceived ease of use has positive and significant effect on the perceived usefulness, (3) perceived trust is affected by three variables, that are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived security, while the perceived privacy has no significant effect on the perceived trust.
