E-money is a new payment instrument that use information technology for its operation. This research aims to analyze the affection of perceived ease of use, perceived of usefulness and mobility on intention to use of e-money. This research use primary data by giving questionnaire to 101 college students in Yogyakarta and uses purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing multiple is used for analizing the data. Research results shows that perceived of use and perceived ease of use, perceived of use and perceived of use have positive and significant affection on emoney use intensity. Mobility also has positive affection on e-money use intensity.
