| Summary: | Based on the concrete form of CSR that has been done by the company, then it can be
lifted a case of social responsibility that occurs in the scope of the state-owned
company. It concerns to be studied in this respect, namely, the phenomenon of
corporate social responsibility in a state-owned enterprise.
This study aims to determine how the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility
(CSR) in a state-owned firms in this PT. Pertamina. This phenomenon can be seen in
the way companies look at the concept of CSR and how the implementation phase of
a process of implementation of CSR was implemented.
As for the perspective of looking at the activities of the company will use the concept
of CSR Wibisono (2007) while for the implementation phase of the implementation
process of CSR activities, will use a model or framework of Hohnen (2007). In this
study, a model or framework is used as basis in answering the question of how the
views and implementation stages PT.Pertamina CSR activities. |
