Summary: | This research aims to evaluate the regulation and supervision of banks
after the establishment of the Financial Services Authority. Objects used in this
research is the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Special Region of
Yogyakarta to study subjects of documents related to the transfer functions of
regulation and supervision of banks. Respondents in this research were 3
employees of Bank Indonesia Yogyakarta and 1 employees Secretariat Group of
Bank Indonesia. Techniques of documentation and data collection using
unstructured interviews. Techniques of data analysis in this research is
descriptive qualitative method of domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. The
research results that the functions of regulation and supervision of banks after the
establishment of the Financial Services Authority will be optimized with the
preparation was carried out according to the transfer function of the target, the
document that will be used have been checked the existence and completeness, if
operational funding comes from non-supervised bank, and when there is clear
division of authority between Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services
