Moreover changes in company�s wisdom ask the service or goods supplier to be more flexible in producing the service or goods. PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika (Intikom Berlian Mustika Inc) is a Information and Technology company with one of it business unit is : Enterprise Application Services. This business unit is competing in software Human Resource and Payroll. The main question/topic in this research is : What is the best strategy for the Enterprise Application Services business unit to have better position in the business competition with considering it resources and capability. The Intention of this research is to analyze the current resources and capability of PT. Intikom Berlian Mustika to compete in software Human Resources and Payroll business and offer an alternative strategy. This research is using Qualitative and descriptive analysis, through interview, field observation and literature. The research discover that the Enterprise Application Services business unit can apply focus differentiation strategy with focusing to serve customer�s needs in niche/specific market, that is manufacture company and financial company. Differentiation due to superior in service include outstanding after sales service compare to competitor. This research also discover another alternative strategies : to conduct a market development with expending network and area especially in business district in Indonesia, offer software STREAM with offering a outsource service in human resource and payroll especially to customer that have significant number of employee.
