Summary:Petra Christian University Library has always tried to provide the best service. In addition to providing a collection of different types of collection in accordance with the curriculum, also have taken advantage of advances in information technology to improve services. But in a period of 3 years, it is the decrease in utilization. For this study it was intended to determine the availability of services at Petra Christian University Library in era of information and communication technologies, as well as to determine the cause of the decline in utilization. It is a qualitative analytical research. Informants in this study consisted of students of English Literature, Engineering Informatics, Marketing Management, Chairman of the Department of English Literature which also doubles as a lecturer, Head of Library Services. Determining the source of the data is done purposively interviewed . Interview technique as the preferred technique. The data collected is qualitative. The results are reported in the form of a descriptive or narrative, accompanied by quotations from the words of informants. The process of data analysis was conducted by researchers from the beginning when the data obtained. Results showed that the traditional collection is adequate to support the teaching and learning process in terms of the number of titles, relevancy and recency. The majority of English-language collection is not a barrier for students. Almost all teachers have encouraged students to use the library and students give a positive response, but they can not borrow the books because of the limited number of copies. Known types of digital collections by students are digital thesis. The existence of traditional and digital collections are complementary. Students are not aware of any information retrieval services. The physical condition of the building as well as equipment and supplies, are still quite adequate. Access to information in using online SPEKTRA is smooth. The library staff has to understand and give earnest attention to the students. Friendliness librarian is good enough. A working knowledge of the librarian is good enough. Students' ability to select and assess the feasibility of a source of information in the process of searching through the internet for the purposes of the lecture can be said is still lacking. Implementation of the program library introduction, it is known that the material felt pretty solid guidance and the number of teachers / tutors inadequate.
