This study has purposes to analyze the effect of firm�s specific factor (firm size, collateral value of assets, non-debt tax shields, business risks, and free cash flow) at the capital structure of multinational and domestic corporations, as well as the difference of these influence on the structure of multinational corporations and domestic capital. This study was conducted in companies listed on the LQ 45 in the period 2008-2011. The sampling method on this study is using purposive sampling and the estimation is using multiple regressions. The result shows that on multinational corporations size proved to be significant positive on capital structure whether free cash flow has a negative influence on capital structure. Free cash flow and business risk proved to have a negative influence for domestic corporations. There is no difference between determinants of capital structure in multinational and domestic corporations.
