Summary:The purposes of this research are to: (1) model development system integration food, feed, fuel, fertilizer to subsystems farming, animal husbandry, industry in improving the product system especially of coffee production Kebun Makmur, and (2) the optimization of models based on the value of the economic feasibility of each model before and after the applied development of integration , decision making models integration food, feed, fuel, fertilizer on coffee commodity � based systems. This research use models how the system of benchmarking subsystems farming, animal husbandry, industry with initial conditions (model 1) previously without integration and development integration model the simulated with food, feed, fuel, fertilizer of the subsystems farming, animal husbandry, industry, with a presence in the biogas unit on subsystems industry for processing waste of animal husbandry, this model is called model 2. In the model 3 are additional power plant on subsystems industry at systems integration in the development of system models. In this study based on the value of the economic feasibility and decision making with Grid Analysis by comparing some aspects (technical, economic, environment and social). The Results of research show that: (1) there are few alternative options of each model in decision-making, and (2) decision-making researcher to choose the value of social aspects > environment > economic > engineering, the decisionmaking model 2 be selected in model development integration food, feed , fuel, fertilizer to subsystems farming, animal husbandry, industry.
